通过创建5D参数化模型(3D模型+时间维度+成本信息),加强工程信息在项目各阶段、各参与方间的共享程度,减少信息在流转时的损失,从而提高项目前期投资估算精度,加快项目建造期信息处理速度,减少项目后期运营管理难度。

BIM三维模型以图元构件或族的形式搭建实例化建筑物数字模型,模型综合包括建筑物各部位尺寸、材料、定价等信息,克服传统CAD图形建模技术只以点、线、面等几何图元表达建筑物信息的缺点。
